Return Process

  Place the product in its original TANGZU packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and ear tips are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
